Example "Sniping takes a lot of math: gravity, wind. Raven was pretty cool as a protagonist, and his banter with Control was pretty fun (even though Raven sometimes says stuff that he and Control would already know. Graphics are even better, storyline, while separate from the first one, still had the same theme. They went full on balls to the walls and it was amazing. The first mission is you taking shots at over 1500 meters. Graphics were amazing, even on the lowest settings, and the plot that was there was pretty interesting and engaging. It was an amazing game compared to 3, but it still had ranges up to about 500 meters. Contracts 1 dumped that whole story and went full out Hitman with separate but connected contracts in smallish sandbox maps. SGW 3 was okay, but had many issues, mainly that you could only snipe within about 300 meters (which isn't that much) and it had a dumb storyline. Sniper Elite can't hold a candle to this one, even with it's extremely dumb and repetitive "The Nazi's have a new Wunderwaffe that will help them win the war!".įirst things first - the jump from SGW 3 to Contracts 1 and 2 is a massive leap in quality.

I dunno about you guys but this game blows the pants off of any other sniping game (maybe not like ARMA 3, but that's not really a pure sniping game).
